So a friend of mine needed his car push-started a while back, and I realized that I really want a push bumper without all that weight and whackerishness, so I took the Go-Rhino lower brackets and attached rubber bumpers to it to make a mini-pushbar, a la 70’s GM landboats. I’m pretty pleased with the outcome.

Huh. I might take a plastic front license plate and superglue half of a pool noodle to it. Super incredibly cheap way to push stuff, if need be.

I’d use the rubber bumpers they put on trailers that go against load doors.

This is essentially what I did, although I had to buy a block of rubber and drill the holes myself to get the spacing right for the bolt holes.
